Community Empowerment Agency for Transformation (CEAFoT) was established in 2005 as (Tari Farmers’ Association TAFA) and later registered as (Tari Farmer’s Cooperative Society TFCS) in 2013 currently registered with Relief and Rehabilitation Commission RRC-Juba South Sudan (Reg No. 2034) as non-political & non-profitable National Non-Governmental Organization (NNGO) in 2019 with its head office in Yambio County Western Equatorial State

The organization operates in Western Equatorial State in Counties Namely; Ibba and Yambio with a focus on improving Agriculture, Education, Nutrition and Governance, Women and Girls Empowerment, Livelihoods, Protection (Gender Based Violence & Child Protection),

groups in order to entrenched equal rights and privileges to all irrespective of age, sex, education, tribe and economic status etc.

Leadership Structure
CEAFoT has a Board of Directors and a Management Team. The management team is led by executive Director; others include Project Officer, Assistant Project Officer, Finance/Administrative Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer and extension officer.
