5. Women Empowerment
We empower women and girls to become agents of change in their communities. Our work includes supporting women’s groups, providing skills training, promoting women’s participation in leadership and governance, and facilitating access to credit and economic opportunities.
What We Do at CEAFoT in South Sudan
1. Agriculture Development
We work with farming communities to improve food security and livelihoods. Our programs promote sustainable farming practices, climate-smart agriculture, and alternative livelihoods. We provide training, seeds, tools, and market linkages to help farmers increase productivity and income.
2. Child Protection
We are committed to creating safe environments for children. Our initiatives focus on preventing abuse, exploitation, and neglect. We work with communities to raise awareness, strengthen child protection systems, and provide psychosocial support to vulnerable children, including those affected by trauma and displacement.
3. Good Governance
We promote accountable and transparent governance at community and local government levels. CEAFoT empowers citizens to participate in decision-making, advocates for inclusive policies, and builds the capacity of local leaders and structures to deliver services fairly and effectively.
4. Education Support
We believe education is key to breaking the cycle of poverty. CEAFoT supports schools through infrastructure development, teacher training, and the provision of learning materials.
